Darjeeling, in North Bengal, is about 650 kms from Calcutta. The Tibetan Buddhist monastery, the Ghoom Monastery with a 15 – foot high statue of Maitreya Buddha, is the most famous monastery of the town. |

Day 01 : On arrival at Bagdogra airport or New Jalpaiguri railway station, meet, assist and transfer to your hotel in Darjeeling. |

Day 02 : Early in the morning visit Tiger Hills & Ghoom Monastery to view the spectacular sunrise. Later, go on a half day tour of Darjeeling which covers Lebong village which has the highest race course in the world, the Mountaineering Institute, House of Tensing Norgay and the Botanical Gardens. In the evening visit the tea gardens. Overnight in Darjeeling. |

Day 03 : Full day at leisure. You may take an optional tour on the famous “Toy Train” which winds its way up the hills on two-foot-gauge line. Overnight in Darjeeling. |
